Senior Flutter Developer/Lead Developer at Pixelfield Ltd, London, £Hourly Rate

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer who not only has deep expertise in mobile app development but also has the ambition and skills to lead a team.

What will you do?

• Develop outstanding Flutter applications for iOS, Android and other platforms
• Design application architecture, make decisions on technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members
• Take on technical leadership and oversee development processes • Participate in product and strategic decision-making What do we expect from you?
• 4+ years of experience in mobile app development using Flutter
• Strong knowledge of Dart and mobile development principles
• Experience with state management (BLoC, others are beneficial)
• Knowledge of API integration and working with REST or GraphQL
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and testable code
• Willingness to mentor, lead a team, and contribute to development strategy
• Bonus: experience with CI/CD, DevOps, or large-scale app architecture
