We are seeking an experienced Service Management Enterprise Architect to support a major transformation program. This 3-month contract offers an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide architectural oversight on the ITSM Helix platform remediation project, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Offer enterprise architecture expertise to help define the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) strategy.
- Act as a key liaison for Service Management within architecture forums, ensuring seamless integration into the broader IT landscape.
Skills:
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect with a strong focus on Service Management.
- Expertise in ITSM tools and frameworks (eg, Helix, ServiceNow, ITIL).
- Ability to drive strategic roadmap planning and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to support key decision-making processes.
This is a hybrid role with two days a week in the office.
