We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer on a contract basis to provide first and second-line support in a fast-paced, cloud-based environment. This role involves troubleshooting MacOS, Windows, network, and software issues, supporting Google Workspace, Office 365, and internal applications, and collaborating with service desk, infrastructure, and network teams.
