As the Business Analyst you will enhance the Client Experience Programme. The ideal consultant will possess a strong background in Wealth Management, with an emphasis on Client Lifecycle experience.
The consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, facilitating workshops, and providing detailed process mapping to improve client interactions.
The role:
•
You will support the delivery of business critical projects and initiatives on time and within budget by understanding the business need and responding with the necessary business, systems and data requirements analysis.
•
Do detailed Analysis, elicitation, presentation, validation of requirements to business and technology stakeholders to ensure all stakeholders have a common understanding of the requirements and the goals/objectives of what needs to be delivered to the business.
•
Support the Client Experience Programme through effective business requirements gathering.
•
Conduct detailed process mapping to identify improvement opportunities.
•
Facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders and gather insights.
•
Define user stories to enhance clarity and comprehension of requirements.
•
Utilize Confluence and JIRA to manage project documentation and workflow.
•
Deliver projects in an Agile environment to ensure adaptability and efficiency.
•
Engage with stakeholders to foster strong communication and collaboration.
Key Skills and Experience:
•
Strong analysis and requirements gathering skills, both business and systems focused with the ability to understand relations between financial data and systems processes.
•
Proven experience in Wealth Management with a focus on Client Lifecycle.
•
Strong background in business requirements gathering and process mapping.
•
Experience in facilitating workshops and engaging with diverse groups.
•
Ability to define clear and concise user stories for development teams.
•
Proficiency in using Confluence and JIRA for project management.
•
Demonstrated experience in Agile project delivery methodologies.
•
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
•
Familiarity with additional project management tools and methodologies.
•
Experience in client onboarding processes within Wealth Management.
•
Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting client lifecycle processes.
•
Previous experience in enhancing client experience initiatives.
•
Excellent communication skills (oral and written), planning, project management, networking and influencing skills.
