Job Description


As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze complex problems, and develop effective solutions. Your technical expertise in SQL or Python, combined with your financial knowledge, will be essential in ensuring accurate data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of loans, fund financing and accounting will be a valuable asset, as well as working within an Agile framework and practices.

You Will:

  • Problem Solving:
    • Identify, analyze, and resolve business and technical problems.
    • Develop innovative solutions to improve business processes and systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions effectively, prioritizing and resolving dependencies.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
    • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
    • Provide demos, gather and prioritize feedback on new feature releases
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Document business processes and technical specifications.
    • Assist in creating and maintaining the product backlog, leading refinement sessions and sprint planning

Qualifications


You Have:

Experience:

  • Experience with Appian workflows (or an equivalent)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

Financial Knowledge:

  • Experience with payments lifecycle, including payment orchestration and MT messages
  • Financial knowledge to support business analysis and decision-making.

Technical & Soft skills:

  • Proficiency in process mapping and schema design
  • Ability to capture and document business and technical requirements
  • Experience with analysis or projects involving identity and access management (AIM)
  • A great work ethic
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Experience working well independently, as well as within a team framework
