Job Role: IT Associate Tutor
We are looking for freelance, employed, contractors or associates to deliver IT Training across the Liverpool City Region.
Overview:
Three-Dimensional Training are a business committed to providing the highest quality service to our clients. We are currently looking to expand our team of Associate Tutors who will deliver IT. The successful candidate must be qualified to undertake IT delivery covering all levels up to advanced. This would include all Word/Office packages.

Working across the Liverpool City Region this role offers an exciting opportunity to positively impact the lives of all learners, whilst supporting quality assurance and quality improvement processes and procedures.
Key Skills and Experience
- Hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching qualification: PTLLS/AET or equivalent.
- Hold a recognised IT / Digital Skills qualification at Level 3 (or above).
- Experience in teaching, learning and development in further education and skills.
- A key team player, who is personable, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a strong communicator, with excellent presentation skills, confident liaising with internal team, clients, tutors, partners, and suppliers to ensure all stakeholders are equipped with relevant information.
- Experience of delivering quality face to face training to adults.
- Ability to complete paperwork to a high standard in a timely manner.
- Understand that the learner, employer, and quality come first, with a drive to always achieve the highest quality service.
- Professional representation of self and 3DT always.
- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- The ability to inspire and motivate learners.
- Be committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion and British Values.
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle
Duties include:
- Train, support and assess learners in ICT and Digital Skills.
- Identify and assess the needs of learners, overcome any barriers to learning and adapt course content and delivery style to meet these needs.
- Develop own schemes of work and learning materials.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
