Duration: Until December 2025 - high chance of extension - multi year project

Hours: 40 hours per week

 

The New Consumer Health Company is seeking a Procurement Digital Transformation Programme to join our team on a remote and temporary basis. This role will be part of the Procurement Digital Transformation Programme team within the procurement function, managing key projects and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. We are looking for professionals with background in project management, procurement, and data technology, with experience in intake processes, demand management, and portfolio oversight.

 

As part of a company that manages iconic brands like Tylenol®, Neutrogena®, JOHNSON’s®, and Listerine®, this role will play a crucial part in driving data integrity, efficiency, and technological innovation in procurement.

 

The Procurement Digital Transformation Analyst / Senior Analyst will execute hands-on data tasks, optimise procurement processes, and support system integration efforts within ERP and other procurement platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of data management, data analysis, and familiarity with procurement systems like SAP, Ariba, and other emerging tools.

  • Data Extraction & Management: Extract, clean, validate, and manage procurement data across systems to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.
  • Digital Tools & Systems: Support configuration and maintenance of procurement platforms, including **ERP**, **Ariba**, and data analytics tools to streamline procurement processes.
  • Process Automation & Optimisation: Assist in identifying opportunities for automation, optimising workflows, and improving data-driven processes within procurement.
  • Data Governance & Compliance: Maintain data governance standards and procedures for procurement systems, ensuring data integrity and alignment with organisational standards.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Use tools such as **SQL**, **Excel**, and **Power BI** to conduct data analysis, build dashboards, and generate insights for the procurement team.
  • ERP System Support: Provide technical support for ERP-related procurement tasks, including system testing, troubleshooting, and process documentation.

 

how to succeed

Required Experiences

  • Strong understanding of **data manipulation** and **analysis** in procurement or supply chain settings.
  • Experience with **ERP systems** (such as SAP), e-sourcing tools, and procurement data management.
  • Hands-on experience with **data governance** practices and process optimisation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as **SQL**, **Power BI**, and **Excel** for generating actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, such as Source-to-Pay (S2P), and experience with automation tools or techniques is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, focusing on data management and system support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, Data Science, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with **SAP**, **Ariba**, and other ERP systems is required.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in **SQL**, **Power BI**, and **Excel**.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
