Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Simcorp SME Business Analysts to provide expert analysis and insights into our clients' financial systems and processes. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of Simcorp's software offerings and be able to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, configurations and Front to Back implementations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans, particularly within the domains of accounting, performance measurement, data integration, reporting, collateral management, and settlements.

- Lead and participate in workshops and meetings to gather information on current and future Simcorp usage and improvements across various modules.

- Provide expert advisory services and hands-on support for Simcorp implementations, upgrades, and optimisations, with a focus on specific modules:

 - Accounting: Optimise and maintain Simcorp's accounting functionalities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

 - Performance: Implement Performance Module capabilities.

 - Data Integration: Streamline data flows into and out of Simcorp, ensuring robust integration with other enterprise systems.

 - Reporting: Develop comprehensive reporting solutions that meet the diverse needs of stakeholders, leveraging Simcorp's advanced reporting tools.

 - Collateral Management: Manage and optimise collateral processes within Simcorp, improving efficiency and risk management.

 - Settlements: Enhance the settlements process to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing and reconciliation.

- Work closely with project teams, including developers and QA, to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and performance.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for users to maximise the benefits of Simcorp software.

- Stay updated on the latest developments in Simcorp technology and financial industry trends.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role with a focus on Simcorp software.

- Strong expertise in Simcorp Dimension and its modules, including Accounting, Performance, Data Integration, Reporting, Collateral Management, and Settlements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

- Willingness to travel across Europe as required by project demands.
