About this role
We’re looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join a key project in Manchester or Newcastle. You’ll focus on building and supporting ServiceNow features, integrations, and applications, working across squads as needed. This role requires BPSS clearance and offers the chance to shape critical workflows.
Your Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and support ServiceNow features and integrations (Flow Designer, Integration Hub)
- Develop solutions using JavaScript and Glide APIs on the ServiceNow platform
- Provide support to additional squads as agreed during sprint planning
- Ensure robust, reliable integrations with other systems
About You
We’re looking for passionate technologists who enjoy working in collaborative agile teams. You’ll need to be a clear, concise, and engaging communicator with people on your team. We enjoy the big picture and the detail; we want people who excel at both.
- Current ServiceNow platform certification and 2+ years of hands-on development experience
- Strong JavaScript skills and knowledge of Glide APIs
- Ability to configure and support ServiceNow applications and integrations
- BPSS clearance (or eligibility)
