Change Manager at IT Consulting Bart, Remote, £900-£1,050 per day

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Manager to lead our organisation through digital transitions and transformations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital change transformation principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of successfully implementing change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital change management strategies that maximise employee engagement and minimise resistance.
• Conduct impact and benefits assessments
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define the scope of changes
• Design and deliver training programmes on the digital transformation
• Utilise software tools, including Salesforce, to track change management activities and measure success.

Skills and qualifications

• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to senior audiences
• Proficient in using software tools such as Salesforce
• Candidates must have a Masters' degree in Business, Management, Innovation, or any related field
• Candidates must have completed the SteepleChange FRAME ICT Change Certification. Prosci/Adkar is also acceptable.
