TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER AND BUSINESS ANALYST   ABOUT DIGIMASTERS   Digimasters Ltd was founded in 2017 as a digital transformation consultancy focused on technology, business process optimization and data analytics. Digimasters works across all industries and provides experiences in all size organisations.

Primary based in London, UK we work in many regions including the US, EU, APAC and the Middle East Digimasters takes on additional talent during large programmes of work. For our engagement with our Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) clients we have a number of roles to support the implementation of a culture and technology change programme.

 Data Initiative Program Digimasters is running a Data Initiative Program aiming to establish a data team and data-driven culture within our client’s organisation. The initial part of the program will focus on creating a data platform that will set the foundation for leveraging data-driven insights to optimize business operations and project performance.

ROLE The Technical Project Manager and Business Analyst will play a dual role in overseeing the Data Initiative project management using an agile approach as well as being the bridge between the business and technology. This role involves translating business requirements into user stories and working with the technical and data teams to architect solutions and see them through to delivery and value creation.

This is a hybrid role, available in multiple locations including: ·     Orange County, California, USA ·     Dallas, Texas, USA ·     London, United Kingdom   RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management ·     Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the data initiative projects, ensuring they align with the program timelines, budgets and quality standards. ·     Coordinate with the executive leaders, business leads, the IT team and contractors to maintain seamless communication and project progression. ·     Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking deliverables and milestones. ·     Create, manage and maintain a program RAID log, ensuring a proactive approach to minimize the impact to the overall program. ·     Facilitate meetings, document project updates, and provide clear reporting to leadership and stakeholders. ·     Configure and maintain our PPM platform (Monday.com)   Business Analyst ·     Analyze business operations, ,workflows, and project performance to identify areas for improvement. ·     Collaborate with leadership to assess financial performance, project profitability, and resource allocation. ·     Assist in developing technical proposals, contracts, and project scopes. ·     Support technology adoption and implementation of project management tools to enhance collaboration and productivity. ** ** QUALIFICATIONS ·     Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. ·     7+ years of experience in technical project management, business analysis, or a similar role within an architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or technology firm. ·     Strong understanding of architectural or IT project lifecycles, industry standards, and best practices. ·     Proficiency in technical project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana) and business analysis tools. ·     Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. ·     Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. ·     Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. ·     Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and contract management is a plus. ·     Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic, multidisciplinary teams

Contract Length: 6 Months (With Extensions) 

Please make sure you are already eligible to work in the UK and can travel under the US ESTA programme to attend workshops in California.

£450 - £650 a day
