Role: M365 Developer

Location: Wokingham, UK Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office)

Rate: GBP 350 day(Inside IR35)

Duration: 6 Months

Role description:

Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment. Ensuring seamless collaboration, communication, and productivity across the organization. As a Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other related services.

Hands-on development experience in M365 L2 support and production fixes

Experience in ITIL Framework.

Key responsibilities:

• Hands on development experience in M365 L2 support and production fixes as per SLA

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.

• Implement and configure Microsoft 365 solutions to meet business requirements.

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services.

• Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft 365 tools and features.

• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies within the Microsoft 365 environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates to optimize usage.

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer as need to work on Production incidents fix related to M365.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.

Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.

Familiarity with security and compliance features in Microsoft 365.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, are a plus.
