This opportunity is for a strategic investor in the Enterprise SAAS space, and it involves building & closing sales pipelines for our SAAS product, by prospecting for mid-sized membership based firms and associations nationally and internationally.
Member-based organisations, associations and clubs have specific needs when it comes to managing memberships & subscriptions, and enhanced user functionality - but the standard options available in the market (eg. LinkedIn groups, Meetup etc) offer limited choice.
Our app based solution allows member-based groups and organisations (with followers, fans, members etc) to automate subscriptions, and to capture transaction fees on group activities across both virtual and physical engagements across the group membership - making life easier for group managers, and greatly enhancing their service offering at the same time.
Our business is still small, but the market is significant in the UK and worldwide.
Sales of the platform are B2B SAAS contracts on a setup / subscription basis, and your position as a strategic co-investor will generate cashflow based returns as well as a small bonus equity return.
The product is sold on value propositions like:
- member dynamics (sports, charity, business etc)
- feature benefits, to demonstrate greater ROI for clients
- automation
- feature rich system with automation & support
