Job Title: Claris FileMaker Developer (CRM Specialist)
Job Description Overview:
Supreme Finance Ltd is seeking an experienced and skilled Claris FileMaker Developer to design and build a cutting-edge Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system tailored to our unique business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Claris FileMaker (formerly FileMaker Pro), with a proven track record of creating robust, user-friendly, and scalable software solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement a custom CRM system using the latest Claris FileMaker platform.
Web-based and offline methods, with data input from our website being stored safely in either a cloud or locally hosted CRM system.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, ensuring the CRM system meets organizational needs.
Integrate the CRM with existing business tools, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and workflows for end users.
Perform regular system testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure reliability and performance.
Provide training and ongoing support for internal teams to maximize CRM adoption and effectiveness.
Ensure full compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the design and functionality of the CRM, including secure data storage, user access controls, data processing workflows, and integration of AML software to prevent illegal financial activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience designing and developing software using Claris FileMaker (latest versions).
Strong knowledge of FileMaker scripting, calculations, and database design principles.
Experience building CRM systems or other business management tools.
Ability to integrate FileMaker solutions with third-party platforms and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
