JIRA Consultant at Reply Limited, London, 3 Months, £Contract Rate Outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced JIRA Consultant/Expert to work closely with our client in defining and implementing a tailored JIRA solution that supports their ways of working across IT, Product, and Analysis teams. This role requires deep expertise in JIRA configuration and customisation to ensure the platform effectively underpins business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Product, and Business Analysis teams to understand current and future workflow requirements.
• Design and implement a JIRA solution tailored to the client's specific needs.
• Configure JIRA workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting to optimise efficiency.
• Ensure the JIRA platform is scalable and aligned with best practices.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for JIRA usage, governance, and customisation.

Requirements:

• Expert-level knowledge of the JIRA platform, including configuration and customisation.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing JIRA solutions to support multiple business functions.
• Strong understanding of workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting within JIRA.
• Ability to translate business requirements into an effective JIRA framework.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
