Contract Description

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Power Platform
  • Manage the environment activities
  • Own and Maintain Security roles?and groups
  • Set up data permissions
  • Setting up access to different data sources and
  • Licence management
  • Setting up data synchronisation between data sources
  • Creating procedures for onboarding and offboarding makers
  • Monitor and manage what users are doing via the Centre of Excellence, and manage this application, customisation and usage and embed into the org
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Complete regular internal system audits
  • Research, assess and communicate new features from Microsoft releases that will impact our processes and use of the platform.
  • Work with product team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Review the Microsoft Message Centre and determine impact on the business
  • Work with Microsoft on bugs and issues

Qualifications and Experience

  • Skills:
  • Proven Power Platform, Powershell and PowerBi knowledge
  • Experience of Power Platform ALM and Solutions
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform best practices and functionality
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality expectation
  • Experience:
  • Experience of Dataverse/Dynamics365 management
  • Good awareness of the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Knowledge/Experience of GDPR and Data Loss Policies
  • Track record of personal continuous improvement/development
