Junior Customer Insights Analyst at Homes England, Bristol, 6 Months, £Contract Rate

On behalf of Homes England, we are looking for a Junior Customer Insights Analyst (Inside IR35) for a 6 Month contract based REMOTELY.

As a Junior Customer Insights Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:

• Listen to customer calls and gather relevant data to understand customer needs and experiences.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Use Excel and Power BI to analyse data and generate insights that inform decision-making.
• Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Identify trends and patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements in service delivery.

Essential:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection and analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
