Job Summary
We are a dynamic online education institution seeking dedicated and passionate coding tutors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and the ability to educate and communicate effectively with students of diverse learning abilities. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment while teaching fundamental coding concepts in JavaScript and Python.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Engaging Lessons – Conduct interactive and fun-filled coding sessions, ensuring that students remain engaged and motivated.
  • Teach Coding Concepts – Educate students aged 6-14 on programming fundamentals, including JavaScript and Python, through hands-on projects and game-based learning.
  • Adapt Teaching Methods – Customize lesson plans to accommodate different learning abilities, ensuring an inclusive and effective learning experience.
  • Provide Guidance & Support – Offer real-time feedback and assistance to students, helping them troubleshoot coding challenges and understand complex concepts.
  • Foster a Positive Learning Environment – Encourage curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills while maintaining a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
  • Assess Student Progress – Monitor and evaluate students' learning development through assignments, quizzes, and interactive exercises.
  • Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with fellow educators and the institution’s staff to continuously improve teaching methods and curriculum.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Strong background in IT related education is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students and their families.
  • Ability to educate diverse learners with varying needs and abilities.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or tutoring are preferred but not mandatory.
