Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and a strong understanding of PSS Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, optimizing Salesforce solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce Service Cloud and PSS Cloud.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize customer service workflows within Service Cloud.
- Provide insights on PSS Cloud capabilities and its integration with Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain user stories, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce systems.
- Conduct user training and support change management efforts.
- Work with developers and administrators to define system enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Understanding of PSS Cloud and its role within Salesforce ecosystems.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: £300.00-£360.00 per day
