We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our Change & Transformation Practice as a Business Analyst, delivering key projects as part of our Front Office change team.

As a lead Business Analyst within the project team, this role involves working on the commodities electronic trading platform. This platform underpins the electronic commodities trading activity, including pricing, hedging, and execution.



The Role:


Working directly on the trading floor, writing actionable specifications for strategic project initiatives, and ensuring all technical teams understand the requirements.


Assisting and coordinating application development and implementation among development teams.


Writing test plans and organizing UAT phases.


Executing functional and non-regression testing of the end-to-end service, including automated and manual testing.


Closely interacting with traders, quantitative research teams, and IT teams to develop new features in the electronic trading platform and assist with issue investigation (e.g., post-event analysis, performance and scalability, latency reduction).



Key Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will need:


Strong knowledge of commodities trading (energy, metals, or soft commodities) is mandatory.


Recent and significant experience with electronic trading platforms in the commodities space is essential.


A minimum of 8+ years ' experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager in a large organization, preferably in a Front Office Trading environment.


Extensive understanding of electronic trading venues, APIs, and associated dataflows, including market, static, and trade data.


Significant professional experience in support, business analysis, project management, or product management within a commodities trading environment.


A proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on system architecture design.


Exceptional problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach.


Knowledge of scripting, debugging, or software development is a plus (Java/Python)
