Contract Description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager/Project Manager with a strong background in retail software rollouts, specifically in an in-store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the delivery project
  • Overcome technical challenges and work closely with business teams to align on goals.
  • Manage relationships between multiple stakeholders and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Cut through complexity and conflicting priorities to drive effective decision-making.
  • Ensure smooth testing, fixing, and rollout of the solution across multiple store locations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager leading software rollouts in an in-store retail environment (mandatory).
  • Strong background in managing complex retail technology projects.
  • Ability to navigate business case challenges, especially in justifying technology upgrades.
  • Experience working with multiple external vendors and internal teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Ability to adapt and refine existing plans rather than initiating a full project overhaul.
  • A strategic thinker who can drive delivery while ensuring alignment with business and architectural goals.
