HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

W orking with one of our key clients you will join an existing NH team. Your primary role as the Data Governance Program Manager will be to lead on projects to implement and maintain data governance practices. There will be a focus on complying with GDPR best practice as well as collaborating with cross-functional data teams to identify and mitigate data privacy risks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of data governance projects, including data quality improvement initiatives, data cleansing, and data retention policies.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive data governance strategies aligned with GDPR requirements.

  • Design and maintain a robust data governance framework with clear policies, procedures, and standards for data collection and data process.

  • Conduct regular data privacy risk assessments to identify potential GDPR compliance issues and develop mitigation plans.

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:

  • Proven and demonstrated experience as a Data Governance leader.

  • Have a deep understanding of GDPR regulations and data privacy laws.

  • Proven experience in data governance project management, including data mapping and data quality.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management experience.

DESIRABLE:

  • Consulting experience

  • Legal or compliance background

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Duration: Initial 6 months Inside IR35 contract

  • Hybrid Working pattern: 2 days on site in the London office
