About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis to support a key client engagement.

This role focuses on analyzing business needs, translating them into actionable requirements, and ensuring smooth collaboration between teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Acting as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Strong ability to gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Conducting process analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensuring that business needs align with project objectives through continuous engagement with stakeholders.
• Assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test cases and ensuring requirements are met.
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture business needs and ensure clarity in deliverables.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a professional services, fintech, or financial services environment.
• Strong ability to gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication, with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and process optimization.
• Strong documentation skills using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar tracking tools.

What We Offer:

• Location: Hybrid (London office)
• Contract Length: 3-6 months (extension possible)
• Contract Day Rate: £325-400 (Inside IR35)
• Start Date: ASAP
