About the Role
Scrumconnect Consulting is seeking a Team Lead - Software Engineering to drive the development of high-quality software applications, lead engineering best practices, and mentor a team of developers. This role requires hands-on expertise in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, AWS, and NoSQL databases, along with experience in leading Agile development teams to deliver scalable, distributed solutions.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop & Maintain high-quality software applications using Java 17/21, Spring Boot, AWS, and NoSQL databases.
✔ Design & Implement scalable, distributed systems ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
✔ Lead & Mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
✔ Optimize Application Performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to enhance system reliability.
✔ Conduct Code Reviews, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
✔ Work in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments, actively contributing to sprint planning and technical discussions.
✔ Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams, including Product Managers, UX Designers, and DevOps Engineers, to design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions.
✔ Ensure Best Practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
