About Us

At SkillStand-In LLC, we help highly skilled software engineers secure job offers by handling interviews on their behalf. Unlike coaching services, we take full control of technical, behavioral, and final-round interviews—ensuring the hiring team sees the perfect candidate.

As an Interview Consultant, you will represent candidates in interviews, communicate confidently, and navigate both technical and behavioral discussions to secure job offers.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Receive assigned interviews and study the provided resume and job description as if it were your own.

Prepare 20–30 minutes before the interview to fully embody the candidate’s profile.

Join video interviews 5 minutes early and engage professionally with hiring managers.

Answer technical, behavioral, and situational questions confidently and persuasively.

If assigned to a live coding interview, receive real-time support from our Senior Tech Interview Supporter to guide responses.

Ask strong last-minute questions to show enthusiasm and leave a positive impression.

Handle 10–20 interviews per week and ensure availability in the assigned profile’s timezone.

Compensation & Benefits
