Senior Business Analyst at Pension Protection Fund, Croydon/Remote, 8 Months, £Contract Rate

On behalf of the Pension Protection Fund, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Inside IR35 for an 8 Month contract (with possible extension) based Hybrid - Remote & 2 days p/week in Croydon.

The Pension Protection Fund's main function is to provide compensation to members of eligible defined benefit pension schemes, when there is a qualifying insolvency event in relation to the employer, and where there are insufficient assets in the pension scheme to cover the Pension Protection Fund level of compensation.

As a Senior Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:

• Working with a range of stakeholders to establish the scope & key deliverables to meet desired business outcomes & objectives.
• Capturing functional & non-functional requirements, user stories & acceptance criteria - facilitating appropriate approvals with stakeholders.
• Mapping of as-is & to-be business processes & undertaking data analysis / data modelling.
• Maintaining a Traceability Matrix - capturing all requirements & their traceability, success criteria & MVP.
• Supporting data analysis activities to develop roll-out & adoption strategies.
• Driving & facilitating requirements workshops, demonstrations, UAT coordination & communications.
• Supporting the production of user guides, training material & communications to support roll out.
• Reporting in line with frequency agreed with Project Managers, capturing progress against deliverables.

You 'll have:

• Demonstrable Senior Business Analysis experience, inc. process mapping across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Agile & Prince 2 environment experience.
• Technology & Change environment experience.
• Experience of working within the Financial Services (ideally the Pensions Industry), or public sector organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management & collaboration skills - internal & external, to senior levels.
• Experience of working in a new technology procurement environment.
• A recognised BA qualification / certification - desirable.
