ERP Programme Lead at Cabinet Office, UK Wide, 6 Months, £Contract Rate

On behalf of IBCA, we are looking for a ERP Programme Lead for a 6 Months contract based Hybrid - Remote & occasional travel to London, Newcastle or Leeds.

The Infected Blood Compensation Authority (IBCA) was established on 24 May 2024 as part of the Victims and Prisoners Act 2024. IBCA will be responsible for compensating those infected and affected by receiving infected blood/blood products which was one of the recommendations of the Infected Blood Inquiry.

IBCA is a non-Crown NDPB, sponsored by Cabinet Office, and the Delivery Programme Team are currently working at pace to establish IBCA as a public body and as an employer, while meeting the Government 's commitment to making the first payments by the end of the year.

As an ERP Programme Lead, your main responsibilities will be:

• Leading & coordinating the implementation of IBCA Shared Services - inc. payroll, HR Management. Finance & Commercial.
• Working with the Cabinet Office MyCO Programme team & Intelligent Client Function team to drive requirements & an agreed implementation timeline.
• Scoping & developing business change requirements - identifying a range of options which meet organisational needs.
• Working directly with ERP supplier - holding them to account for key deliverables & maintaining the agreed timelines.
• Working across multiple stakeholders - ensuring key targets are met.
• Leading a multidisciplinary team of change practitioners, managing performance, outputs & measurement - ensuring a collaborative approach draws in expertise to deliver programme outputs.

You 'll have:

• Demonstrable ERP knowledge & implementation experience.
• Expert stakeholder influence & management skills - internal & third party suppliers - at all levels.
• Cloud technology experience - ideally Oracle.
• Experience of navigating ambiguous requirements, adapting to changing circumstances & adverse situations whilst remaining calm, reassuring others & maintaining performance.
• Public sector experience - desirable.
