Job Description


You will be using your knowledge and skills to help us develop and maintain the existing code base for our existing cutting-edge platform and build new features and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately translate requirements and UX designs into functional frontend code.
  • Produce clean, well-documented, maintainable, testable and scalable code.
  • Ensure high-quality solutions produced through automated testing and monitoring code metric within established guidelines and time frames.
  • Participate in planning, design, architecture and code review.
  • Build rapid prototypes and work on fast paced projects.
  • Work effectively within a cross-functional multi-site team.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.
  • Inspire and mentor junior engineers on best practices and professional conduct.


Qualifications


You Have:

  • Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in developing frontend web applications
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and Vue 3 (highly skilled React.js developers might also be considered)
  • Solid understanding of how to write clean and well tested code, adhering to coding standards and best practices
  • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Vite, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • Experience with newer specifications of EcmaScript
  • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, CSS Pre-processors, BEM methodology and other modern tools like SASS or LESS
  • Understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools and systems

Preferred:

  • Strong grasp of fundamental design principles, with a creative and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Decent knowledge of frontend performance optimization strategies
  • Good understanding of micro-frontend architecture and frameworks
  • Familiarity with building design systems and component libraries
  • Proficiency in working with GraphQL APIs
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT)
  • Prior experience with AG-Grid, AmCharts and Vuetify will be considered an advantage
  • Experience in an Agile environment using Scrum
