Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end solution design to address business needs.
- Analyze and optimize business processes, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions.
- Manage scope, risks, and issues effectively.
- Prioritize requirements and create prototypes, wireframes, user stories, and MVPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, UX, technical teams, and end-users, to define detailed requirements for the product backlog.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in Supply chain, procurement and business processes within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with current trends, tools, and technologies in supply chain and procurement.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in Agile project delivery.
- Ability to map business needs to processes and conceptualize end-to-end solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to articulate business needs clearly.
- Experience in Business Process Modeling (BPM) and related tools will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and experience in backlog management
