Role Overview:

MSFDN, a forward-thinking non-profit organisation, is dedicated to empowering disadvantaged young people to break into the creative industries.

We are seeking experienced professionals from the Business and Data Analysis Industries to provide insight and expertise to our cohort of aspiring professionals. In this role, you will provide invaluable guidance, industry insights, and practical knowledge to help our learners refine their skills within this sector and potentially progress into a fulfilling career. Your mentorship will be pivotal in shaping the next generation of talent, offering them the support they need to navigate the complexities of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Offboarding both apprentices and employers via our digital Learning Management System
  • Host interactive and collaborative classroom sessions (1–2 per month) both in-person and online, aligning content with module learning outcomes through real-world scenarios and practical exercises.
  • Review and mark apprenticeship tasks and projects weekly via our Learning Management System, providing actionable feedback and highlighting areas of strength.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for apprentices by responding to queries and questions through online communication channels.
  • Provide real-time feedback and compile monthly reports summarising apprentices’ progress, achievements, and challenges to support continuous improvement in our training services.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
