About the RoleWe are looking for a SaaS Sales Associate to drive growth by selling our Earned Wage Access (EWA) solution to employers across the UK. This commission-based role offers high earning potential for those who excel at B2B sales, relationship management, and deal closing.
Key Responsibilities✅ Identify and engage UK-based employers to introduce our EWA SaaS platform as a key employee benefit
✅ Pitch, negotiate, and close deals, ensuring contracts are exchanged successfully
✅ Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
✅ Educate HR and business decision-makers on the advantages of EWA for employee retention and financial well-being
✅ Work remotely with autonomy, while meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
What We’re Looking For🔹 Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably in HR, payroll, or financial technology
🔹 Strong track record of closing deals and contract negotiation
🔹 Ability to work independently and remotely while staying results-driven
🔹 Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
🔹 UK-based and eligible to work in the UK
🔹 Ability to pass basic DBS checks
