As a Senior Analyst within the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) directorate you will be part of a team of business analysts that work across more than 10 scrum teams that develop and maintain digital services for our core service lines:FilingGet Company InformationIntelligence and EnforcementCommon ServicesAs a Senior Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will be to:Play a key role in the identification, analysis, and delivery of requirements for these service teams whilst working in an Agile way using Scrum frameworkWork closely with stakeholders and aligned professions including Agile Delivery Management, Product Management, User Centred Design, Project Management, Architecture and Software Development.Support business analysts in their roleLead and coach others to increase professionalismInvestigate upcoming changes within workstream / project.Review documentation / legislation.Create documents to support a Scrum analyst - who creates stories for the Scrum team.You 'll have:BCS International Diploma in Business AnalysisExpert Business Analysis skillsA confident communicator, able to clearly describe complex concepts to stakeholders across the organisationMS Office / Visio / Jira / Confluence / SQL experience.
