The Home Office is seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of medium to large Hosting, Systems, and Cloud projects. This role requires someone who can collaborate effectively across technical and commercial teams, facilitating the completion of technical, cultural, or process-focused deliverables.
 
As a Digital Delivery Manager your main responsibilities will be:Manage delivery plans for Hosting, Systems, and Cloud projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Collaborate with Crown Commercial and senior stakeholders to enable project success.Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, refining delivery approaches as needed.Foster team collaboration, motivating delivery teams, and ensuring cross-portfolio alignment.Partner with commercial stakeholders to negotiate and manage contracts as required.Utilise feedback and data-driven insights to optimise delivery methods and outcomes.Translate technical concepts into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.Support delivery teams by building their capability and driving successful outcomes.Essential:SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role as a minimum, you must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks.Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale Hosting, Systems, and Cloud projects encompassing a range of IT services and infrastructure.Hands on experience in Cloud Environments and integrating on-premise and cloud-based platforms.Strong collaboration and influencing skills for managing cross-portfolio stakeholders.Familiarity working alongside Crown Commercial or similar bodies.Ability to balance priorities and navigate ambiguity in high-pressure environments.Knowledge of delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Lean Kanban, SAFe, Prince 2) and how to apply them flexibly.Budget and supplier management experience.Demonstrated ability to deliver change initiatives in complex environments.Strong leadership and people management skills to inspire and develop teams.Experience translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
