As a Project Support Assurance Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be:Maintain and update tracking spreadsheet and pipeline view of digital spend cases.Send notification of assurance outcomes to teams.Mailbox management, co-ordination and tracking of cases. Plan, scheduling, and management of assurance activities and meetings.Meeting secretariat and produce Record of Actions.Report outcomes of reviews to all stakeholders, confirm their understanding and acceptance and agree resulting actions.Ensuring that spending controls decisions are succinctly and promptly articulated to stakeholders, and that queries from across the business are dealt with effectively, escalating as appropriate.Oversee the timely and accurate reporting of assurance to senior stakeholders, departmental teams and CDDO to ensure transparency.Assist in managing and organising documentation related to Digital & Technology Spend Control processes and assessments.Maintain a central repository of guidance ensuring it is kept up to date and accessible via SharePoint. Co-ordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to Government standards.Essential SkillsYou have excellent attention to detail, ensuring high levels of accuracy in documentation, data management, and process execution.Experience in supporting projects of work which Include reporting into managersExperience of organising stakeholder meetings and providing the secretariat function.Experience in use of Microsoft applications e.g. Word, Outlook, Sharepoint and must have advanced Excel skillsAbility to work to tight deadline and manage a varied workload.Excellent communication skillsStrong self starter
