The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is responsible for welfare, pensions, and child maintenance policy. As the UK's biggest public service department, it administers the State Pension and a range of working age, disability and ill health benefits to around 20 million claimants and customers. As a Junior Associate Digital Project Manager , your main responsibilities will be:Deliver at pace by being flexible in approach, confident in decision making, resilient and patient during change.Work as part of a small blended team of internal and external colleagues.Work with sites and business colleagues to ensure that devices are delivered deployed to users and desks are transformed.Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure delivery to commitments and work pro-actively to resolve issuesBuild effective relationships across the virtual team of stakeholders and third party suppliers to help resolve risks, issues or conflicts.Follow time bound processes for DOA and missing hardwareFollow asset management processes with an emphasis on both speed and accuracyEssential:Experience working in IT Delivery Management, ideally within a large enterprise organisation.Competent with using excel to manipulate and interrogate data and an ability to deconstruct information into smaller categories to draw sound conclusions.Good verbal and written communication skillsAbility to analyse data, identify trends and make recommendations.
