We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions for Franchise project. This role demands a strong background in architecture design, integration, and stakeholder collaboration. The candidate must meet all the requirements outlined below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cross-functional and cross-domain solutions for the Franchise project, addressing process, applications, data, technology, integration, and security.
- Create a detailed solution blueprint based on project requirements, reflecting both tactical and strategic perspectives.
- Define the current and future architecture, secure agreement on necessary changes, and outline transitional states.
- Identify and manage integration requirements between systems and applications involved in the project.
- Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met by the proposed solution.
- Create low-level designs or engage specialist architects (eg, security, infrastructure, integration) to ensure detailed design accuracy.
- Oversight of Application Solution Design: Supervise design work performed by systems integrators, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with integrators and architects to resolve solution design issues and manage changes to the solution design.
- Ensure solution delivery aligns with overall project timelines, including testing phases and cutover plans.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, or concerns and propose actionable solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including key design decision documents.
- Present documents to governance and decision-making authorities for approval
- Review technical outputs to ensure adherence to best practices and alignment with the architecture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in cross-functional, cross-domain, and cross-partner projects.
- Expertise in creating end-to-end solution designs, including process, data, applications, technology, and security layers.
- Strong knowledge of integration requirements and system dependencies.
- Ability to align functional and non-functional requirements with solution designs.
- Experience in low-level design preparation and collaboration with specialist architects.
- Strong understanding of architecture standards, governance, and documentation.
- Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-project activities.
