Position Overview:
Do you have experience of managing the successful consolidation of the digital estate for B2B tech businesses following a merger or acquisition?

At Advania UK we are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing specialist for this contract role which runs to the end of 2025 in the first instance.

You will be adept at managing external agencies as well as building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across business functions to understand dependencies and secure buy-in to change.

This position requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on expertise to manage website integration, SEO, social media and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver the successful integration of websites for two new acquisitions into Advania.co.uk, ensuring minimal SEO disruption and traffic loss. This includes the sunset of legacy sites and integrating all necessary content.
  • Propose and implement SEO strategies that will drive performance for the unified business.
  • Oversee social media account consolidation and execute campaigns to migrate and grow follower bases.
  • Propose and execute a plan to re-develop one eCommerce webstore, future-proofing its technology and enhancing its functionality.
  • Work with infosec and IT teams to evaluate hosting platforms and security protocols.
  • Document and establish best practices for future digital integrations.
  • Lead the development of dashboards to monitor post-integration digital KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in migrating/integrating websites and sunsetting legacy sites.
  • A strong understanding of organic and paid search and social marketing. .
  • Proven expertise in website integration and redevelopment, particularly during M&A processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with Product, Commercial and IT teams.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and CMS platforms.
  • Ability to lead multi-channel campaigns and monitor performance metrics effectively.

The budgeted remuneration for this role is between £600 - £700 Day Rate
