The Role

As a Senior Test Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients’ systems meet the highest standards of quality. Whether working independently on smaller projects or as part of larger teams, you’ll lead the testing process from start to finish. Your work will be central to delivering innovative software that works seamlessly and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Test Planning & Execution: Review requirements, develop test plans and scripts, and execute testing activities for complex integrated systems.
• Automation & Manual Testing: Leverage your expertise in both manual and automation testing to ensure thorough coverage.
• Reporting: Prepare final exit reports that clearly communicate test outcomes and provide actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and quality delivery.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while also being a strong team player. Here’s what we’d love to see in your background:

Key Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Proven track record of testing complex integrated systems at an enterprise level.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like QA Run or Winrunner.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, UNIX, Citrix, Web services, APIs, Middleware, microservices, and database technologies (SQL, MS Access).
• Waterfall experience is more relevant for this role than Agile.
• Eligible for SC clearance.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Experience working for a logistics or supply-chain business.
• Previous experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
