Credera is seeking a Salesforce Education Cloud Lead contractor (9 months) to join our expanding Salesforce Practice in the UK. Read more and let's blaze a trail together.

Role Definition  

Reporting to their assigned Project / Delivery Lead, the Education Cloud Lead will primarily be responsible for working with Clients to define, design a solution which meets the criteria outlined in their Statement of Work   

To Lead a team in the successful delivery of an Education Cloud solution in line with what was sold  

To engage with senior stakeholders and end users to analyse and design solutions, provide input into process improvements  

 

Responsibilities & Duties  

  • Guide Operational Team in both Waterfall and Agile based projects for clients 
  • Facilitate discussions in workshops 
  • Responsible for owning and contributing to the High Level Design for a Project 
  • Own, contribute to and refine the user stories in a project
  • Perform Interviews in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team for the recruitment of Senior Developers and Technical Leads 
  • Occasionally work independetly on consultancy led engagements 
  • Plan and execute a Data Migration as part of Project Delivery 
  • Assist sales with the preparation of Solution Summaries and Estimates (including pre-sales discovery workshops) 
  • Plan and execute a deployment process based on Credera Standards as part of Project Delivery 
  • Ensure certifications and up to date knowledge of Salesforce releases are maintained and provide support and guidance to Technical Delivery Team members to achieve this 
  • Support and provide mentorship to all members of your project team

  • Previous experience of an Education Cloud technical delivery
  • Education Cloud Consultant (Nice to have)

  • Platform Developer I 
  • Certified App Builder 
  • Certified Administrator 
  • Transparency 
  • Honesty and openness
  • Highlighting issues at the earliest opportunity Commercial Awareness 
  • Ensure you are meeting the estimates or highlighting any issues at the earliest opportunity 
  • Ensure any estimates produced are as accurate as can be, highlight any risks to estimates 
  • Understand the Credera Pre-Sales Processes and the ethos of Solution Summaries and Estimates 
  • Understand the commercial position and the solution sold to the customer in the SoW 
  • Be aware what client requests are out of scope and require Change Control
