As a Junior Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:Developing information management plans (as required by project management methodology)Reviewing documents and records for compliance against legislationSupport data protection requirements and data protection auditsSupporting teams in information management activities, such as information asset management, SharePoint sites managementManaging meetings and ensuring actions are tracked and completedCreating and maintaining dashboards in Power BISupporting information governance processes including creation of reports and presentationsFacilitating workshops and engagement sessionsEssential SkillsAbility to engage with a wide range of stakeholders to obtain informationExperience in the analysis of data as part of a support role across a busy job roleStakeholder engagement at all levelsGood questioning techniquesAdministration and calendar managementSecretariat skillset and experienceMicrosoft Office applications Including SharepointExcellent communication skillsStrong self starter.
