Role Title: Test Lead - Identity Access Management
Contract Length: 6 months
Engagement Type: Umbrella or PAYE
Location: London/Glasgow - Hybrid

Responsibilities:
Supporting the programme test management in delivering the overall programme of testing by leading on the following activities for the workstream(s) aligned, in accordance with the agreed Test Strategy.
Experience in Identity Access Management and Information Management reporting is essential.
Test Planning:
- Work collaboratively with client business, IT team and Systems Integrator to develop a suitable test plans for the project
- Deliver test plan(s)/ inputs to overarching test plan for the delivery of testing on projects.
- Estimation of effort and duration required for testing and risk assessment of alternative options
Test Scoping:
- Work collaboratively with client business and IT teams to record and analyse requirements for testing in the most optimum manner
- Work collaboratively with client business and IT teams to establish the test scenarios
- Work collaboratively with client business and IT teams to undertake risk assessments
- Identify testing requirements to facilitate the effective execution of the testing schedule (data, users, access, configuration etc.)
Test Scripting:
- Lead testers on the delivery of the test scripts
- Lead on the Quality Assurance of the scripting undertaken
- Develop the test execution schedule(s)
Test Execution:
- Lead on the execution of the test schedule
- Lead on the Quality Assurance of the testing undertaken
- Lead on working collaboratively with solution teams to resolve issues impacting the execution of testing
- Lead on working collaboratively with resolver groups to provide defect fixes
Test Closure:
- Produce the test completion report(s) / inputs to overarching report
- work collaboratively with client business and IT teams to identify a suitable regression pack
Test Reporting:
- Provide timely and accurate management information related to the status and progress of testing activities including meaningful insight
Whilst undertaking the above responsibilities you will:
- Lead teams in designing and continuously developing test scripts / suites for functional & technical testing of applications
- Lead the execution of tests / suites and report results, capture run & key metrics over time
- Ensure application acceptance criteria for tests are fit for purpose
- Lead the process of raising and re-test defects in a structured manner and provide solutions
- Developing a deep understanding of the end-to-end solution
- Delivering testing for the project in line to test strategy
- Assess testing risks and estimate, plan and prioritise tasks accordingly
- Identify risks to the delivery of testing and escalate appropriately
Key Skills and experience:
- Expert in testing MI/BI solutions (e.g. PowerBI)
- Expert SQL skills
- Expert level testing skills including: Risk Based Testing, Static Testing, Exploratory Testing Techniques
- Leading onshore and offshore test teams
- Customer Relationship Management Business process knowledge
- Azure DevOps (ADO) experience
- Finance process knowledge
- Management of stakeholders
- Experienced in project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and other hybrid methods
