Detailed JD:
1. Active Directory - Account provisioning, OU, security groups, permission mgmt, etc
2. O365 - Manage mailbox & Different type of licenses
3. End users tools - M365 tools - Teams, outlook, onedrive config, mgmt & Troubleshooting
4. Network Printer config on user devices
5. Install tools and softwares
6. OS Imaging process and knowledge on Intune
7. Analyze and Troubleshoot OS and Hardware issues
8. Ticketing tool - Service now
9. Good to have - knowledge on Okta, citrix functions
10. Excellent communication
