About Us:
Since our launch in 2017, we have grown into an international coding academy with over 60 branches, 12,000 students, and a team of 200 dedicated professionals. We offer 64 exciting programs designed to ignite curiosity and creativity in children.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, Javascript, C#, C/C++, HTML, CSS
- Passion for Education: A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and motivating young learners in the field of technology and coding.
- Adaptability: Ability to tailor teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities among students.
- Creativity: Strong skills in developing engaging lesson plans and activities that inspire students and foster a love for coding.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with various coding platforms and tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies as they emerge.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and relatable way.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with other educators and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Classroom Management: Effective strategies for managing classroom dynamics and ensuring a positive and productive atmosphere (both online and in-person).
- Commitment to Professional Development: Openness to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in IT.
