We are looking for a versatile Digital Operations and Automation Specialist to support our IT, marketing, and business process needs on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise WordPress websites
- Develop no-code solutions to streamline business processes
- Implement marketing and business process automations
- Assist with CRM system maintenance and optimisation
- Create and manage landing pages for marketing campaigns
- Oversee social media scheduling and content distribution
- Support SEO strategies and social media scheduling
- Assist with basic project management and administrative tasks
Required Skills
- Proficiency in WordPress management and customisation
- Experience with no-code development platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and implementation
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their administration
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal)
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Knowledge of LinkedIn advertising platform and campaign management
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles

Work Schedule:
