Data Architect at Test Yantra, Sandown, £400-£600 per day

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect with a strong background in Databricks and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and robust data solutions on the Databricks platform, leveraging GCP infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and architecture of data solutions using Databricks on GCP, ensuring scalability and performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and optimise data pipelines and workflows to support data analytics and machine learning initiatives.

- Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance within the architecture.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.

Required Skills and Experience:
-Proven experience as a Data Architect with expertise in Databricks.

- Strong working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its data services.

- Hands-on experience with designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions.

- Proficiency in building and managing ETL pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
