As a Senior UX designer at HugoMRM, you’ll craft exciting and innovative experiences for major brands, and drive customer centric practices within the team.
You’ll collaborate with our cross-functional teams to define experiences people love. Through audience research, experience definition, design and testing, you will drive the end-to-end design process, always leading by example. As a user UX expert, you’ll champion empathy and insight at each step to ensure that product insight, complex information, and new thinking is always connected with customer needs. All-in-all this is a perfect opportunity for an experienced UX Designer to take on an exciting customer challenge.
In this role you’ll work on a new project to help build a deep understanding of the client’s target audience, map out the omnichannel customer experience in detail, and provide high level recommendations for where and how to elevate the future user experience. You’ll lead the user experience side of this project, from information gathering to primary research, workshop planning & facilitation to journey mapping, as well as bringing this all together as a set of recommendations.
You’ll collaborate with members of our internal strategy and data teams to understand the business requirements, customer data and work together throughout workshops and mapping exercises. As a new initiative, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the experience roadmap from the start, and need to validate how your recommendations can slot into business operations to ensure feasibility for all future projects. Our client is excited about the potential for this project to support their ways of working, and good communication with the stakeholder team is essential to understand their specific desires and to gain their input and buy-in to your creative thinking!
