The SailPoint Solutions Engineer engineer reporting to the ProofID Program/Project Managers within the projects won by ProofID. General activities are installation, integration and deployment or enhancements/maintenance of SailPoint IIQ software projects for clients and partners. This is a client facing role where you could be the primary technical resource on the front line responsible for turning this SailPoint client Identity requirement into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, integration, and deployment of the IIQ product in client environment.
• Collaborating with client post implementation on user testing, debugging, support and environment maintenance.
• Communicating to client and partner aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation.
• Partnering with Project Manager/Program Manager on scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
• Developing and delivering technical training to other ProofID consultants assigned to the engagement.

Key Competencies:

The ideal candidate has experience with many of the technologies below:

• 5-7+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 3+ years of enterprise software implementation experience as a developer/engineer.
• Fluent in French (business level)
• Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration, namely SailPoint IIQ products.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with clients.
• Experience with some of the following:
• ML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
• Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.
• Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL)
• Directories (LDAP, AD).
• Enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft) a plus.
• Angular JS, Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.

Preferred:

• Experience with working with Program/Project Management to assist in (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation)
• Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans).
• Security software or internal IT audit experience

Education/Certifications:

• SailPoint IIQ Certified Professional and/or Engineer is desirable
• Computer Science, Engineering degree, or 6-10 years equivalent experience
• J2EE certification and/or CISSP certification is a plus.
