Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Management Experience

• Need to drive improvement program

• Strong background of Dynatrace and Technical experience(Hands-on) in Dynatrace and it’s products

• System monitoring processes

• Ensuring threshold is setup correctly

• Writing Threshold Policies and working with stakeholders for change/implementation

• Risk compliance checks

• Dashboard creation

• Excellent Reporting and Communication skills

• Self-motivated and Self starter
