Job Title: ServiceNow AutomatePro Consultant

Location: Hybrid (Leeds, Halifax, Manchester, Edinburgh) 2 days

Contract Duration: 6 months

Start Date: Immediate

Number of Positions: 2

Day Rate: 450- 500

 

Role Description:

We are seeking ServiceNow AutomatePro professionals with implementation experience in ServiceNow modules. This role will focus on automating test processes using the AutomatePro toolset, specifically AutoTest, and migrating manual test cases. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing testing procedures, enhancing software, hardware, and IT processes, and guiding the team to ensure best practices are followed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement AutomatePro toolset, primarily AutoTest, and migrate manual test cases to AutoTest.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide the team in automating test cases and best practices.
  • Design and implement the best practice guide for AutomatePro.
  • Evaluate, test, and recommend opportunities to enhance software, hardware, and IT processes.
  • Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment status.
  • Design and execute testing procedures to extract data from test runs, evaluate, and draw conclusions based on customer behavior.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Strong implementation knowledge in AutomatePro.
  • Experience in E2E implementation and onboarding of AutomatePro AutoTest.
  • Migration of ATF and other manual test cases to AutoTest.
  • Experience in Auto Dev, Auto Deploy, and Auto Monitor.
  • Solid development experience in ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Templates, and Service Portals.
  • Proficiency in Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, and SSO-SAML Setup.
  • Experience with the integration of ServiceNow to other applications.
