What type of breed are we looking for?

Edgard & Cooper is looking for a skilled CRM Freelancer to step in on a maternity cover basis and help us supercharge our CRM strategies. This role is crucial for driving growth, engagement, and loyalty on our DTC channel across our core markets - focusing on our email marketing efforts. We’re on an exciting journey to disrupt the pet food industry and need someone who can jump in, hit the ground running, and help us maintain momentum!

We’re looking for a freelancer with strong track record in DTC / Ecommerce, ideally within FMCG sectors, and hands-on experience in Klaviyo. This is a freelance maternity cover role, with at least 2 days per week in our London office.

What is in your bowl?

• Develop, implement, and optimise email campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales.
• Manage segmentation and automation in our flows to ensure personalised customer journeys.
• Analyse email performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to optimise our email marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with creative, data, digital product, and local marketing teams to align content for maximum impact.
• Work with digital product, customer happiness, and digital engineering teams on optimising our returning customer journey.

What skills and tricks should you bring

• Track record in CRM for DTC brands, with hands-on experience in Klaviyo.
• Strong understanding of FMCG.
• Experience with email automation, segmentation, and personalisation.
• Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with remote teams.
